Late Returns – £45.00 will be charged on ALL late returns plus a hire charge on a pro rata basis.
Cleaning Charge – £100.00 will be deducted from the security, if returned dirty.
Toilet Cleaning – £60.00 will be deducted from the security, if returned dirty and not emptied.
Calor and Propane Gas – Will be charged on a kg basis used.
Deposits and Security – A booking deposit of £150.00 will be required 35days before the hire date, this will be non-refundable if cancelled under 28days before hire date. Payment in full for the hire will be required 21days before the hire date, if the hire is cancelled within 14days from date of hire we reserve the right to hold all of the hire charges, therefore we advice our customers to arrange their own holiday cancellation insurance. Valid credit card details are held as security on a pre-authorisation of £400.00 and reinstated weekly. Debit cards can be used for payments but not for security. A valid driving license (age over 25yr), a valid vehicle insurance and MOT certificate (if applicable) and a utility bill confirming the hirer’s address, (mobile phone bills are not accepted).
Foreign Travel – This is only available with additional security, on request
Pets, Smoking and Bicycles – Are not allowed inside any of our caravans

HJ LEISURE caravans are complete with heating, fridge, oven, grill, hob, shower, hot & cold water and toilet facilities, lighting, extractor fan mains power sockets, radio, dining table, coffee table with the ability to use the leisure battery, gas or hook to mains supply.
